• Tours are available to groups of 8 or more. The cost is $10.00 per person; students are free.
  • The tour is 1 ½ hours long.
  • The Mansion is closed January through March each year.

Special Events: The Allee Mansion is available for private gatherings of 45 people or fewer; groups have included family and class reunions, weddings, social clubs and business meetings. The cost to rent is $145.00 for non-members and $125.00 for members. A $75.00 deposit included in the rental fee will be refunded after the event if there are no damages.

Commercial Bus Tours: Limited to 45 per tour. Bus parking is available; admission is free to bus driver and guide. Special arrangements must be made 30 days in advance. Tour cost is $10.00 per person.

School Tours: Free for students and staff.

Luncheons: Plan to have your organization hold their next meeting at the Allee Mansion. Please keep in mind you must have 10 or more for a meal event. Reservations must be confirmed and payment received one week in advance . Menus include a main entree, salad, roll and dessert for $25.00. A tour is included in that price.

Afternoon tea includes a dessert, and coffee or tea for $15.00. The cost for a tour is an additional $5.00 per person.
